SaaS Subscription Refunds
CarbonNeeti offers a 14-day money-back guarantee for all new SaaS subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with the platform within 14 days of your initial purchase, you may request a full refund by contacting us at hello@carbonneeti.com.
After the 14-day period, subscription fees are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and your access will continue until the end of the current billing period.
Marketplace Transaction Policy
Carbon credit marketplace transactions on CarbonNeeti are facilitated between buyers and sellers. CarbonNeeti acts as a listing and matching platform, not as a custodian or exchange.
Before settlement: Either party may cancel an order that has not yet been settled. No fees are charged for cancelled orders.
After settlement:Once a transaction is settled through the ICM Registry and credits have been transferred, the transaction is final and non-refundable. CarbonNeeti's marketplace commission is non-refundable after settlement.
Disputes between buyers and sellers should be raised within 7 days of settlement by contacting our support team. CarbonNeeti will mediate in good faith but is not liable for the quality or validity of credits traded between parties.
Farm Aggregation Services
Farm carbon credit aggregation services involve long-term project commitments (18-24 months). Refunds for aggregation service fees are evaluated on a case-by-case basis depending on the project stage. Once a project has entered the validation or monitoring phase, service fees invested in verification body engagement and MRV setup are non-refundable.
Cancellation Process
- SaaS subscriptions:Cancel via Dashboard → Settings → Billing, or email us. Access continues until billing period ends.
- Marketplace orders:Cancel pending orders via Dashboard → Marketplace → Orders. Settled orders cannot be cancelled.
- Farm projects: Contact our team to discuss withdrawal from an active farm aggregation project.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us at hello@carbonneeti.com with:
- Your registered email address
- Organization name
- Reason for refund request
- Transaction or subscription ID (if applicable)
We aim to process all refund requests within 7 business days. Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Exceptions
Refunds will not be issued in cases of policy violations, fraudulent activity, or misuse of the platform. CarbonNeeti reserves the right to deny refund requests that do not meet the criteria outlined above.
