Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the CarbonNeeti platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use the platform.

These terms apply to all users, including individuals, organizations, and facilities registered on the platform. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any modifications.

Use License

CarbonNeeti grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for the purpose of managing your organization's carbon emissions data, compliance reporting, and credit position tracking under the Carbon Credit Trading Scheme.

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the platform
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent emissions data
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to the platform without prior written consent

Disclaimer

CarbonNeeti is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to ensure the accuracy of emission calculations and compliance reports generated by the platform, we make no warranties or representations regarding the completeness, accuracy, or reliability of any output.

The platform is a tool to assist with compliance management and does not constitute legal, financial, or regulatory advice. Users are responsible for verifying all data and reports before submission to regulatory authorities. CarbonNeeti shall not be liable for any penalties, fines, or consequences arising from reliance on platform-generated outputs.

Limitations

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CarbonNeeti and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the platform.

Our total liability for any claims arising under these terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing the platform during the twelve months preceding the claim.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or your use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
